First Error Card In 2020 Topps Heritage Baseball Gets Pulled and It's Juan Soto

If you are a regular visitor to our site you know the only thing we LOVE more than each year's new release of Topps Heritage Baseball is the new batch of error cards to be found within the set. We have been covering Heritage Error Cards since 2011 when we were the first to spot an ARod image flip error on eBay before any even knew it was an error card.

We are just as excited for this year. As quick as you can say "Boots Day" the first error card for 2020 Topps Heritage Baseball has been pulled, and here it is.

At first glance it doesn't seem like much other than a cool Juan Soto card. But then you put it up against a regular version of this card and the error becomes noticeable.

There weren't many Error cards to mimic in the 1971 Topps Baseball, but this Soto is probably taken directly from Boots Day.
The card on the right with the Light Fixture coming out of his head was later corrected to the blueish sky you see in the card on the left.

The Soto card is already on eBay. It's just a matter of time before other cards show up there too.

As more errors get pulled, we will update this page.

2nd Error spotted, its Vlad Jr.  Nothing to see on the front.

This time the error is in the numbering on the back

Yordan Alvarez
3rd error. The error here is the shifting off center of the facsimile signature. Error card is on the left.

  1. Man. Pretty amazing that people are catching these errors. I'd literally need to see both cards at the same time to spot these errors.
