Last week we revealed the prizes for our contest that include an Andy Dalton autograph, lots of cards and a sealed box of Rookies & Stars along with other goodies. If you haven’t seen all of the prizes or put in for you bonus entries, use this link to get to the announcement and then come back here for even more chances to win in our 2012 Panini America Player of the Day promotion.
For this week’s Panini NFL Stickers Players we are going to change things up a bit. Not only are you playing for entries in our NFL POD main prize pool, you will have a chance to instantly win prizes this week depending on how many of our Weekly Challenge Questions you get correct. I will be using standard fantasy stats from NFL.com to determine the winners.
So here are this week’s Panini NFL Stickers Players to Watch.
Our featured players for Week 5 are A.J Green, Victor Cruz and Roddy White.
These three wide receivers are fantasy gold, producing some of the best stats of the season. All three of them have favorable match-ups this week.
A.J. Green of the Cincinnati Bengals returns from an explosive rookie season and is averaging 15.9 yards per reception, 107.0 yards per game and has pulled in 3 TDs this season. His team goes up against the Miami Dolphins that is 1st in the league against the run, so you know Andy Dalton will be passing to gain points.
Victor Cruz was the surprise element in the New York Giants push to a Super Bowl victory last year. This year he is averaging 12.1 yards per reception, 97.0 yards per game and has pulled in 2 TDs this season. His team goes up against the Cleveland Browns, who have been struggling on defense and have allowed 9 passing TDs and given up an average of 286.0 yards in the air per game.
Roddy White is in his 8th season in the NFL and looks like he his headed towards his 6th consecutive 1,000+ receiving yards season in a row. This year he is averaging 15.3 yards per reception, 103.2 yards per game and has pulled in 3 TDs this season. His team goes up against the Washington Redskins and RG3 in what should be an aerial showdown. The Redskins are the second worst team in the league against the pass and have given up 11 passing TDs, the most in the NFL.
So here are the main Challenge Questions for the week. To get in on this either comment below if you follow us here on the blog, or leave a comment on our facebook page under the link to this post if you like us there, or tweet us @AllAboutCards if you follow us on Twitter with your answers.
1 – Place Green, Cruz and White in order according to who will have the MOST TOTAL FANTASY POINTS for this week. (For example, if you think Cruz will have the most and White will have the least, answer 1 Cruz, 2 Green, 3 White)
2 – Place Green, Cruz and White in order according to who will have the MOST TOTAL RECEIVING YARDS this week.
3 – How many COMBINED TOTAL RECEIVING TOUCHDOWNS will Green, Cruz and White catch.
This week you will instantly win prizes for correct answers. Here is how the prizes will be awarded.
Hit our “Ordine” by getting either question 1 or 2 correct and you will win something from our Group One prizes, which include packs of NFLPOD cards or individual NFL Player of the Day cards of players like Cam Newton, Andrew Luck, Peyton Manning, RG3, Tim Tebow, Trent Richardson and others.
Hit our “Doppia” by getting any two questions correct and you win one of the packs from our Group Two prizes, which include Peyton Manning Career Highlights, Super Bowl XLVI, Panini National VIP Exclusives and Hall of Fame Class of 2012.
Hit our “Perfetto” by getting all three questions correct and you will win one prize from Group One, one from Group Two and one from Group Three, which includes various Panini T-Shirts and a NFLPOD Roll It Up NFC pennant.
One set of answers per person. Any attempts at cheating, multiple accounts, leaving different answers on different All About Cards site, etc, will disqualify all of you entries.
For your entry to be eligible, make sure you are following us either here on the blog, or on our facebook page or on twitter, or as many of those places as you please.
You may enter your answers up until the first kickoff of Sunday’s Dolphins/Bengals game or Browns/Giants game, whichever is earliest. Any guesses after that will not count.
Separate from our Challenge Questions this week, those of you looking to gain additional bonus entries in our main prize pool this week must go to the Panini Player of the Day Site using this link. There is a photo of the NFL POD card poster on that page. That photo will eventually become a slide show of past Player of the Day winners enjoying their grand prize, a chance to spend the day with a Professional Athlete.
Here are the questions to get this week’s bonus entries;
1 – Including the Panini NFL POD poster, how many different photos are in that slide show?
2 – The photo just after the NFL POD poster is of last year’s Player of the Day grand prize winner and the athlete he spent the day with visiting the winner’s local card shop. Name that player.
If you get the first question correct, the easy one, you get one bonus entry. Get both questions correct and you get two entries. All answers for these two bonus entry questions MUST BE EMAILED to AACNFLPOD (at) Yahoo (dot) com. This is the only way to ensure that others don’t use your answers. When you email your answers make sure you include where you follow us, here at the blog, twitter or facebook, and also include your user ID from that site so I know who you are and can credit your entries.
